Stova setup & management
[ stova can run the entire event. most teams use about a third of what they are paying for. ]
Stova is an enterprise stack: registration, session and speaker management, an exhibitor resource center, networking, a mobile app, check-in kiosks and badge printing, access control and session scanning, plus cross-event analytics. the platform is rarely the constraint. the constraint is that configuring all of it properly is a full-time job that your team already has.
what Stova is good at
the reasons people choose it
registration and onsite in one system
because check-in, badge printing, access control and session scanning share the registration data, the attendee record stays consistent from signup to the door. that is worth a lot when 2,000 people arrive in ninety minutes.
session and speaker management built in
a speaker portal, session data and the agenda live in the same platform as registration, which removes an entire category of "the website says something different" problems.
an exhibitor resource center
a self-service portal for guidelines, floor plans and content submission means exhibitors stop emailing your team the same four questions each.
event cloning
a repeat event can start from last year rather than from nothing, which is only useful if last year was built cleanly. that is the part we care about.
cross-event analytics
real dashboards across a portfolio of events, which matters if you are reporting to leadership on a program rather than on one conference.
where events get stuck
what we usually walk into
none of this is a criticism of the platform. it is what happens when capable software meets a team that is already running four other things.
modules you pay for and never turned on
the exhibitor portal, the app, session scanning: all included, none configured, because the person who could do it is running three events. an audit of what you already own is often the cheapest win available.
badging and check-in configured in the last week
badge layouts, access control rules and scanning depend on registration data being structured correctly months earlier. discovering that on load-in day is a bad day.
a clone of a build that was already wrong
event cloning faithfully reproduces last year's mistakes. cleaning the source event once is worth more than fixing the copy every year.
enterprise support that answers in enterprise time
a ticket queue is fine for a platform bug. it is not what you need when registration opens tomorrow and a price is wrong.

questions we get asked
we have a Stova account manager already. where do you fit?
alongside them, not instead. your account manager owns the platform relationship, the license and platform-level issues. we do the hands-on build and the day-to-day management inside your account, which is usually the part nobody has capacity for.
can you audit what we are already paying for?
yes, and it is a good first project. we go through what your license includes, what is actually configured, and what would be worth switching on for your next event. you get a short written list with effort and impact against each item.
do you do onsite badging and check-in?
we do the data and configuration work behind it: registration structure, badge fields, badge layouts, access control rules and the check-in lists. staffing the desk in person is a separate conversation, so ask.
is Stova overkill for our event?
sometimes, and we will say so. if you are running one 200-person annual meeting, an enterprise stack is a lot of contract for the job. if you are running a portfolio with onsite badging and exhibitors, it earns its place. we would rather tell you that than build you something you regret.
Stova is a trademark of its owner. we are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with Stova. we work inside our clients' own platform licenses.
