Print one Volunteer QR from the Dashboard and post it where the team gathers. A scan opens the check-in app already signed in, no passcode to type. Change the passcode and every printed sheet stops working.
Three Rules Per Session
Anyone can attend; anyone who saved it to My Schedule and checks in at the door; or only people who registered for it in advance. The app decides at the scan, shows the volunteer why, and keeps Admit Anyway for the judgment calls.
A Spoken Code for Check-Out Credit
Each restricted session gets a five-digit attendance code. The speaker reads it aloud at the end and attendees enter it in the event app, or a volunteer scans them out.
Session Totals, and Who Came
One sheet with every session's registered, checked in, checked out and no shows, and a detail report naming each attendee with their time in and out. Printable, CSV, Excel.
