Credit for the Sessions They Actually Attend

Name the credit your members earn, give each session its value, and the studio counts it from the door scans and the code the speaker reads at the end. Attendees see their totals while they register; you see who earned what, live.

A sample certificate of attendance for one attendee: four sessions with their CAE, CMP and SHRM credits, totals for each, the accreditation statements, a signature, a certificate number and a QR code that verifies it.

Credit Types Named Your Way

CLE, CME, CAE, CMP or your own: up to twelve per event, each carrying the full name, provider number and statement your accrediting body asks for.

Different Credit for the Same Session

A 75-minute workshop can award 1.25 CAE, 1 CMP and 0.75 SHRM. Set every session in one grid, and Fill by Length does the arithmetic from the agenda.

[ ]

Totals Before They Check Out

Each session on the registration form shows its credit, and the order summary adds up what the cart will earn by credit type, on a laptop or a phone.

[ ]

Earned in the Room

Credit counts with proof: a volunteer's scan at the door, or the five-digit code the speaker reads at the end. A code stops working an hour after its session.

[ ]

One Box in the App

Attendees type the code from the session's screen or straight from the menu, without hunting for the session. The code knows which one it belongs to.

A Live Credit Report

Who earned what, updated the moment a check-in lands. Fix a missed scan with an adjustment and a reason, and download the summary and the detail.

Included with Per Event and the Annual plan, as part of registration. The sample certificate is what comes next: numbered, printable, and verifiable by anyone.
